"Honestly disappointed for the price"
I paid for it and felt let down. For what you actually get, it just feels overpriced, and I couldn’t help feeling frustrated afterward. I really wish I had taken the time to look around more before buying it.

"I didn’t really have a great experience..."
I didn’t really have a great experience with this. The course itself seemed okay at first, but then the exam was way harder than anything I felt prepared for. Some of the questions were just... kind of confusing, and I don’t remember them being explained clearly in the lessons. I ended up failing, which was frustrating after paying for it. Maybe other people had better luck, I don’t know, but for me it was a 1-star experience.

"Clear overall, but I was a bit unsure after paying"
The course was mostly easy enough to follow, but a few sections felt kind of rushed and I had to go back and reread them to really get it. after I paid, I was a little worried it might not live up to what I expected, so that made me a bit skeptical at first. It’s not bad overall, I just think some parts could be explained in a simpler, more beginner-friendly way

"Site kept crashing while I was trying to finish"
I was trying to get through my certification, but the site was all over the place. Pages kept freezing, videos wouldn’t load, and I got randomly logged out more than once. Like, what a joke when you’re just trying to finish the course and move on. Support was fine, I guess, but that didn’t give me back all the time I wasted. I wouldn’t use it again

I finished the course, but it took forever to actually show as completed. The timing was really frustrating because I needed it done that afternoon, and I ended up wasting way more time than expected just waiting around for it to update

"I asked for a refund after realizing..."
I asked for a refund after realizing I didn’t actually need the course, and the whole thing has been such a hassle. Support kept sending these short replies telling me to wait, but then every time I followed up, they’d ask me to verify my info again like we hadn’t already done that. It’s been weeks now and I still haven’t gotten my money back. Super frustrating, and I wouldn’t use them again.

"Decent discounts, but finding them felt like a mini treasure hunt"
I used nhcps.com for a course it was fine overall. The discounts did help a little, which I appreciated, but wow, I felt like I was digging through the internet wilderness trying to find a code that actually worked. Some deals looked amazing at first, then others were kind of meh, so it all felt a bit random. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I really wish the discounts were clearer upfront instead of making me feel like I needed a detective board and red string just to save a few bucks

Renewing took longer than I expected, and the steps weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked. I’m careful about anything that could affect my coverage or billing, so the confusion made me a little uneasy. It did get done in the end, but I wish the process had been simpler and more straightforward.

The course itself was fine, but trying to use the site felt like I was on some tiny quest every time I logged in. Some of the buttons weren’t clear, and I kept having to click around way too much just to figure out where I left off. After a while, it went from mildly confusing to seriously annoying.

I had a frustrating time using the website. I was just trying to find what I needed, but the pages felt cluttered and I ended up clicking around way more than I should have. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “try using the search or check the menu categories,” which helped a little, but the site itself could be a lot easier to use.

I liked that it was technically self-paced, but for me it still ended up feeling a bit rushed. I was hoping for more room to move through things at my own speed, so it didn’t feel as flexible as I personally expected

I’d definitely check with your workplace before signing up. I found out mine didn’t accept it, which made the whole thing frustrating. What annoyed me most was that the next steps weren’t clear at all, so I was left trying to figure out what to do after the fact.

"Good basics, but I remember wishing there were more choices"
I used NHCPS a while back, and from what I remember, the courses were decent and easy to navigate. I found the standard options without much trouble, but I do remember feeling like the selection was a little limited for what I needed at the time. It’s not a bad site by any means, I just wish they had a wider range of topics to choose from.

I don’t know, maybe I’m overthinking it, but the accreditation just doesn’t feel totally legit to me. Like, I was looking into it and kept getting this weird feeling that something wasn’t adding up. It might be fine, I guess, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting it without digging around a lot more first
